Hello Buttheads, I welcome you to my Motocross Madness, the site dedicated to the Honda CRF 450 X and CRF 450R World Class Motocross Racer Bikes.
If you want to join in the fun and contribute your experiences to the site, sign up for a new account and get started adding articles, stories and photos of your bike. It's lots of fun and very easy to learn. We will be here to assist in the case of an emergency. So sign up today and let's get a big MX blog going about our rides. See you at the track.
I'm off to college at EWU for the next 4 years but will be back in Alaska during the summers for some ass kicking trail riding and more of the local motocross racing at the Twin Cities Raceway in Soldotna Alaska. Hope to see yoou up there this summer for some dirt riding and salmon fishing.
Added a motocross forum ( Had to shut it down due to my current class load) but hope to have it back this summer. At that time I hope you join up and share some riding experiences. Discuss just about anything related to the interests of the Motocross Gear Heads found in the forum riding bikes from Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki, Yamaha, Husqvarna. If it's related to Motocross, Enduro Motorcycles or some neet new motocross gear, lets hear about it.
Just curious, how did you spend your Economic Stimulus Check?
Really not sure what the readers want to know. Kinda new to this bloggin thing and not wantin' to totally bore ya, I will ask that you Join the Honda Riding Blog and ask some questions. It's as easy as face plantin' a double but hurts a hell of a lot less. (Livin' Proof) So join up and lets get the blog off the ground.
Everyone's Welcome to Join, All Skill Levels, Any Bike. Ya Just Have to Love Ridin'
Not a Honda Owner? Don't worry, I really mean everyone is welcome. There is no prejudices here. The only bad bike is the one that won't start. Two wheels, a set of bars and a motor and if it starts, thrash the beast. This site is about riding, we just named it after our newest bike. We can add special sections for whatever you want, Were looking at adding a forum to the site also provided we see enough interest and find some readers willing to become moderators to help keep things in control. If your interested, let me know.
A Little About, Why We Ride Honda!
There has to be a reason that we make the decisions we do in life and this one has a very good one. Our Honda Dealer here in the Soldotna area is fantastic. Our family has been buying everything from lawn mowers to boats from them and over all these years the service has been spotless. That counts for so very much more then we can tell you. It's knowing that there willing to assist in more then just a sale of a bike that keeps us coming back. So we ride Honda primarily for the dealer as we really mean it when we say there is no bad bike, (That Runs). If it fails to start when the ridings good then that is the definition of a piece of $%&*, not the name on the side or the color of the paint.
The Bike and The Rider
Skill level, years of riding experience, types of riding experience, tuning knowledge, these account for more in the respect of how one places on a track then the brand of bike you ride. So let's not ever put down someone’s ride just because our loyalty runs a different course. If I respect your decisions and you can swallow mine, we both will be happier and can enjoy riding together for many years to come. There are many factors that go into motocross riding and the brand of bike is just one of them. It comes down to this, if it puts a smile on the riders face, that’s a good ride. I have to remind my Dad of this from time to time as he still thinks his Hodaka Combat Wombat is the baddest ride on two wheels. Sorry Dad.
