Me and a buddy went on an all day ride in northern california in the tahoe national forest. Which most is blm land. we rode 50 miles towards lake tahoe and landed near truckee california. Crazy terrain but I bet not a crazy as what is in Alaska. We found our way up a couple mountains ended up at the top of a couple ski resorts and made our way to donner lake. When we went back to our truck we were greeted by 2 sherrifs trying to tow my truck and give us tickets. They drove back to the main road to escort the tow truck in and we loaded up and split. WHAT HAPPEND TO THE OPEN AREAS TO RIDE? I NEED TO MOVE TO ALASKA OR WYOMING OR SOMETHIN. Dumb story I know i know but what stories are there to tell about riding, we all experience those gnarly crashes, The crazy rides, the i dont know how i made it up that feeling, the damn im fast feeling and the overall great feeling of hopping on your bike and having a great ride.
